Returns


Just because you got a good deal doesn't mean you can't change your mind! If you would like to return a product, here is what you need to know:

  1. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging (if it is clothing, the tags must be on).
  2. You have 15 days from the day of receiving your item to return it to our warehouse in North Vancouver, or to submit a Return Request to return it by mail.
  3. We may refuse a return if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging, or if it is beyond our 15-day return period.
  4. On occasion we may designate a product as "No Returns" due to its intended use, which  will be clearly noted on the product page.
  5. You can cancel an order that has not yet been picked up or shipped to you by emailing us at orders@mommypow.ca

Return by Mail:

  • You must submit a Return Request on our website within 15 days of receiving your items. This will be processed within 1-3 business days, and we will email you a Canada Post Return Shipping Label, along with instructions on how to ship your items back to us.
  • Once the Return Shipping Label is emailed to you, you will have 10 days to bring your return to a Canada Post location.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned items. It may take additional time for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your account.
  • The cost of return shipping is $8 for one package with up to three items of standard weight/size, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. If this is not possible a gift certificate of equal value will be issued.
  • If you paid for shipping this cannot be refunded.
  • Oversized items like furniture and play mats do not qualify for this subsidized return shipping rate. The cost of return shipping for Oversized items varies and will be quoted to you after you submit a Return Request.

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST 

Return to Warehouse:

  • Items can be returned, in person, to our warehouse in North Vancouver within 15 days of receiving your items. There is no need to submit a Return Request.
  • You must provide your Order Number: either a print-out, or on your phone.
  • Refunds are processed immediately after we receive the returned item. It may take additional time for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your account.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. If this is not possible a gift certificate of equal value will be issued.
  • If you paid for shipping this cannot be refunded.
  • You do not need to book a Pick Up Timeslot if you are only bringing in an item to return.

Our warehouse is open for Returns on the following days: 

Tuesday 11:00am - 2:00pm
Wednesday 11:00am - 2:00pm
Thursday 11:00am - 2:00pm

 

*We will be closed for pick ups from March 25-April 2, 2024.*

If your item no longer qualifies for a Return under this policy, you can offer your item for sale on our new MommyPow Community Market! This is a space on our Facebook Group that allows MommyPow Members to re-sell items to other members directly.
